What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)?
EFT is a powerful healing technique that helps you take control of you body and your thoughts.  It has origins in acupuncture, kinesiology and psychology and gives incredible results in developing behaviour, attitude, decresaing stress and restoring life balance.  It often works where nothing else will.

EFT aims to rebalance the energy systems that effect your mind, body and emotions so that you are free from your negative emotions.

Over time we become affected by bad relationships, trauma or loss.  Work related stress, depression, interpersonal problems and anxiety affect how you feel day-to-day and can also impact on your health.  It is not uncommon for people to become physically ill or suffer from disease as a result of how they feel.

How Does EFT Work?
EFT involves tapping on specific pressure points as we focus on this issue.  It can be done face-to-face or over the phone. It is not difficult to do which is why it is so effective with childrren.

It often works where other therapies have failed, can work very quickly and addressed both physical and emotions issues.
